Decorations for Jessie's 21st Party

I thought I would share just a few decorations I made for my daughter Jessie 21st Burlesque themed party.
I cut the letter's out with George and Basic Shapes Cricut Cartridge using shadow feature for the black.
These are just a few decorations that I made with various things I already had, The mannequins I made a Skirt and Corset in the red and black colours, with felt and tulle. And I used Tie The Knot Cricut Cartridge for the Corset shapes and did them in a variety of sizes and colours.

We had a frame covered in Tulle and party lights that was supposed to represent a mirror and I took the photo's as if the girls were looking at themselves in the mirror. And of course some make-up and perfume to really set it of.
Gary and I were so proud of Jessie, she made her own Cake in a Corset shape and Iced it with proper Icing and it turned out beautifully, we added some lace for the frills, some ribbon and a couple of roses.
A view from side on it really was a shame to have to cut it.
And I thought I would throw in a cheeky one of Jessie with her sparkly hat on.
My niece Rebecca did our hair and Make-up for the night, and the girls just looked stunning.
Happy 21st to our Darling Daughter we are now of to Sydney for the weekend so see you next week.

Totally Tilda Challenge Blog

Well just a quick post from me, still recovering from a little surgery. I actually made this the night before I had to go to hospital to take my mind of the whole thing. You had to make anything but a card for this challenge and the theme is a hanging Christmas Decoration at Totally Tilda. I decided to go with the true Aussie theme and I have used Barefoot Tilda as we spend the day out doors in the pool not in the snow.
I really just love to colour with Copics just like I loved to colour in when I was a little girl so I suppose this is the grown up version of colouring in. I was only going to get a few colours in the Copics (HA HA) that's what I said until I wanted different colours. So here is the second lot that arrived last week from Terri at Stamps Alive. Oh and of course a couple more Cricut Cartridges that I just needed to have.

Kaiser Scrapbook Pages

Can you believe I am a Kaiser Stockist and this is the first time I have used any Kaiser products in my Page layouts. So this is a first for me. I have used the Christmas Belle Collection and used my Cricut and Nestabilities to cut out the shapes. I have softened the edges of the Poinsettia's, with Creative Memories Chalking Ink.

I have got over 200 photo's from Christmas day to put into my Album so I have a lot of work ahead of me. I like to get a lot of photos onto the one page so hopefully I will only need one Album.

Cards, Cards and more Cards

Well of I went to Moorooka again this week and I made these 3 Christmas cards.

And then I was asked to make a 50th Birthday Card for a very lovely lady,
 Happy Birthday Anmarie
This one was made for Judy to give to Anmarie, this one has lots of folds and a couple of little pockets
This is it opened up fully

Then with the little tags taken out, I used some rubons for the tags,

This shows it with the flap up and I added some little butterflies,

I made this one today also for Anmarie,  it also has a couple of folds,

I used Kaiser Paper and Stampin Up Cardstock and Ribbon

This is the inside, its like and extra card,

And the inside of the little card.

I hope you had a great birthday Anmarie.

Card for Tracey

My very good friend Tracey is of to America tomorrow with her friend Liz,
so I made this card for her to wish her and Liz lots of fun and happy shopping.
Most of it was done with Cricut Cartridge's.

This part is actually printed out as a photo from Creative Memories Storybook.
I have made several Storybooks and I just love the way they turn out very professional.

So keep safe and have lots of FUN SHOPPING (so jealous) see you when you get back.
